Very helpful staff. Katie Jones was very thorough and made a excellent diagnosis and plan to address my issues. I never felt rushed at all and they have state of the art equipment and offer many services.

Parking is tight and staff seems always seems to be new. I really like my doctor her but not the medical group. Unfortunately walls are paper thin at this office and you can hear every thing. Honestly suprised they don’t have white noise machines. You can hear all details of conversations, It’s really sad and depressing hearing other people’s issues while you getting checked out. I really don’t like how Victor medical charges for every thing. Need your test results back after an annual appointment they will have you sign up for an another appointment and pay another copay. Staff forgot to setup your referral, and it’s been a few weeks, they have you setup another appointment to get that referral. Not sure if you call this insurance fraud or abuse but definitely not good customer service. Communication is not very good, not sure if it’s because the turn over if employees or multiple locations but it’s disappointing.nWould I recommend victory medical unfortunately not.

The providers are incredible but the front desk staff are beyond incapable. Not only did they mess up my appointment with a different provider than I asked for, but I then waited 45 minutes for routine blood work. When I asked what was taking so long, they said the guy was at lunch. I’m fasting and starving and waiting forever while they go to lunch?! While I’m sitting in the lobby waiting the receptionist is on the phone gossiping about a physician who was complaining about a slow computer. I’m embarrassed for the physician. Then a guy sitting next to me said the same thing happened to him the last time he was there- they went to lunch making him wait. I love my provider but I’m sure I can find another great one with better assistants.

I came into this urgent care so I can see a doctor, it was in fact a walk in and I ended up waiting 2 hours before I got seen. I told the receptionist I thought I had a fever and she just ignored me. After 2 hours of a high fever the nurse finally saw me and mentioned I had a fever of 103. They didn't even to think to provide me even an ibuprofen for the fever and I waited in the room itself for another 45 minutes. By the time the doctor saw me, the doctor barely checked me, he seemed he was in a rush since this location had closed 20 minutes ago and he was just trying to get me out, mentioned I may have bronchitis and prescribed me antibiotics and that was the end. I got worse and saw another doctor at a different location to find out I actually had pneumonia. Super disappointed on this medical facility considering its good reviews. I think they only care about their actual patients over their walk ins.

I have to tell everyone how wonderful Barb Bolek is to work with. I’ve had diabetes for over 21 years and she’s been great with helping me to get it better under control. Very competent and thorough. Would definitely recommend her!
