I just moved to Fort Worth from Dallas in August and finally was able to get back into my Massage Envy routine. I’m so happy to be a new client at the Alliance Town Center location. So far I have had 2 massage sessions with Perry and the massages are amazing! I have also had 2 facials with Jesse and they are equally as amazing! I absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking to feel great!
I was massaged by Julia once a week for the past 2 months. She's great at getting the soreness out of my muscles! She's also very funny and encouraging to talk with. Ask for her!nThe women at the front desk were always helpful, friendly and organized. They made sure I was booked, confirmed and checked in properly each visit.
I’ve been coming here for 3 years and have been most times with Eduardo who gives the best hot stone massage and now Perry who gives a fabulous massage. Thank you guys y’all are great.
Changing my rating of the Alliance location to 1 star. Had a significant customer complaint to which management has not bothered to address after 3 requests for a return call. I won't be back until I receive an apology and made whole as a customer!
