I called Walmart pharmacy to get my prescription transferred because Walgreens was out of my medication. I spoke with Anna and she was very helpful. She went above and beyond and called me back later to inform me of a delay of the transfer, which I appreciate. Also ensuring me that she would follow up with me the next day because of store hours. I was never even notified by Walgreens that they were out of stock. Great customer care!!!! Thank you Anna!!!

This pharmacy is great! The pharmacists are friendly and knowledgeable, the staff is kind and courteous. I appreciate this pharmacy!

Yesterday (Thursday) a woman called me from the pharmacy asking if I will be picking up my prescriptions that had been there for a week. I just moved into a new house so between that and work, I haven't had the time. Told her I would be there by Saturday at the latest, she said that's fine. Then apparently she refunded it so I went today (Friday) to pick it up and I couldn't. The tech informed me it was in a bin behind him, but it hadn't been checked in so I can't pick it up. They will not start checking the orders in for another 13 minutes. Honestly I have no idea why I continue to use Walmart as a pharmacy. 75% of the time I get sent away...nnEDIT: Fun fact, while I'm typing this, I get a text saying it's ready. I was there 40 minutes ago

My son had a double ear infection and our regular pharmacy was out of his prescription. I was able to work with VJ, Rhonda and another young lady were able to transfer the prescription, correct the dosage and get us on our way all within less than 30 minutes before they closed. They are amazing and a total lifesaver!!

Been calling this place since 9am trying to get a prescription filled. It's now 2pm, I've been told every hour to call back in an hour, and finally getting told we'll text you in 30 minutes when it's ready and haven't heard anything. Apparently piss poor customer service is just standard for pharmacies in this area?
