This is the worst place for sick people to go to get medication. The pharmacy staff are rude nasty and ghetto!!! They don't know there jobs well and make mistakes all the time. You complain to the pharmacist manager and he just makes excuses for them rather than correcting them. I've dealt with this mess for too long. Moving all my medicines to Walgreens!!!
Very bad and slow customer service !! They should hire people that really want to work and not be rude to sick customers next time I’ll be traveling to Walmart in Crowley! Lazy people should stay home !
If I could give no stars I would... I was informed that my heart prescription would be ready in 15 minutes, when I came back, which it was 40 minutes later they said to take a sit at the bench and they would call me back. I sat there for another 15 minutes to find out that they still needed another 10 minutes. I put in another refill for my birth control. Funny enough that was ready 5 minutes before my heart pills that I waited for 2 hour and 7 minutes at the store.
Worst Walmart pharmacy I've ever been to. Unfortunately it's the closest one to my house. It's almost worth it to drive across town to get better service. It's seems like the staff doesn't realize that it's their job to get us our medications. Many times the people in line are ignored without a simple hello or acknowledgement. Only left one star because it's required to post a comment
Lisa is very rude unprofessional to both customers and staff. She needs to check herself
