We had a great experience with Pools123. We signed a contract in July, was told they would start construction in November, and they were true to their word. John was always quick to answer any questions we had and the different crews for the excavation and installation were very courteous. We’ve already recommended Pools123 to a friend who signed a contract. Thank you and we look forward to years worth of fun.

Words can't describe how happy we are with our new pool. Last year when COVID hit and our neighborhood's pools were shut down, I reached out to several pool contractors. John, was the first to respond and conveniently by text. His immediate and easy correspondence was what made Pools123 the pool contractor for us. Questions were always answered, status always known, updates came frequent. Once construction started, things moved quickly. Had the winter storm not hit, they would've been done in 3wks or less. His crew is not only efficient, they're extremely friendly and professional. Despite the messiness of construction, they were always mindful of tidying up the area the best that they could. No doubt in my mind that Pools123 is the best choice and that John and his team are the guys to go with!

We just want to express how happy and satisfied we are with the team’s product and service. I have witnessed the team go to extra lengths just to make sure the dig was done properly, despite the weather, the additional time and material needed just to make sure it was done properly.nnWe love that we did not have additional charges that were not in the contract. However, Pools123 was reasonably flexible when we wanted to add additional features like the salt water, umbrella sleeves and or additional concrete. Special shout out to Chuck, John, Javier + team and Jerry + brother. We had a new pool installed at our house and couldn't be more excited! The process was awesome, each crew along the way was very nice and informative making the experience great! Would highly recommend.
