On the last day (5th) to refill of current RX, I called this pharmacy to refill a RX instead of transfering to my current location. Because of travel plans, knew I would not be able to pick up what I called in until the 14th, so I asked several times how long it would be held, reply was ten (10) days. Since the tenth day would be the 15th, I assumed I would be within the 10 day window. I requested that a note be left with the filled RX saying I would be there on the 14th.nToday, on the 14th, 11:30-noonish, I show up to pick up RX, only it's not there. Then I get this run around story that they didn't have it, couldn't fill it because it was past the 5th....then looking again , saying that it was past the 10 days, counting 5th as day one, 6th as day 2, and so on, day 10 was the 14th .I am here, noon on the 14th and it is not there. Someone, and it's not me, doesn't count well. Never was I told that the 14th would be too late to pick it up.nAnd I thought I was doing them a good turn by giving them my business and not transferring my Rx .nThey did lose this RX, as well as two others of mine and three from my spouse. We will go to another pharmacy from now on .

Compleat with dumbass checkers and wrong prescription. I wouldn't buy an aspirin from them if my head was split open. I will do without before I get my prescription filled here again.
