Uneven installation of hardwood flooring. Jagged edging meeting wall in one (the larger) room. Transition strips are too high for the designated wheelchair accessible apartment. Management clearly focused on decoration rather than accessibility and did not supervise as is their duty. One wheelchair irretrievably ruined after just two month 'hopping' over higher than ADA standards transition strips, and another (loaner) wheelchair enroute to the same fate. If you are a person using a wheelchair consult with Shared Solutions for Accessibility in Watertown who likely has a great list of people who understand that accessibility isn't just a word but involves functionality!
I will guarantee no nonsense, craftsmanship, full knowledge and experience, of Ryan and his staff that come prepared to work and only work, leaving when the job is done!! I’ve never seen a crew like this, working together without stopping. They came in the later afternoon, completed a living room rug, a kitchen and bathroom floor and an entry way stair carpeting. And left the house and yard like no one was ever here. KUDOS!!!! This company will be back I can promise them this..nnReasonable? VERY ud83dude42
