Typical Lowe's store, They have pretty much everything you need for home improvement. What they don't have is much helpful staff anymore. You're kind of on your own. It's probably due to the pandemic but I usually need some help when I go there

Customer service was a mixed bag.nIn the department we shopped, appliances, it was terrible. The staff had little interest in helping customers and seemed frustrated with our questions. I understand covid has made products unavailable, and that lots of people are complaining, due to lack of products, but your title is customer service, you might try to be pleasant.nThe girls up front at the customer service desk were cheerful, helpful and knew what they were talking about. They more than made up for the lack of assistance by the men down back who acted like we were putting them out just by needing help. Those ladies deserve a raise!

I had one of the best experiences at this location in west bridgewater. I had the pleasure of having Earle assist me with my order. I know it's hard to deal with contractors like myself we have so much to order when we have have big jobs Earle went above and beyond came down the aisle to check a few items I needed because they were coming up different prices but he made it very easy got my order in. Then today I received a call from him in regards to my order there was a little mix up and he made sure is was correct instead of just shipping what was on the order list. I know he cares because he remembered exactly what I wanted the day before and it came up different on the order list he knew it was wrong and called me to confirm you wiukdnt get that anywhere else bravo on having this young gentleman as one of your employees definitely deserves recognition for his services. Again big thanks to Earle
