The worst experience I ever had. I spent almost 8 thousand at the store by buying a heat pump, an ultra Loc pool cover, and a solar pool cover. That's in addition of pool supplies I get from them. The heat pump was defective. I called many times to talk to someone and left many messages. When they finally call me back days later, I was in a meeting and could not answer. When I finally talked to someone I was explaining to her how frustrating it's been for me, instead of trying to understand and address my concerns, the lade RUDELY say I should answer my phone when they call. I was shocked to hear a business talk to its paying customers like that. I am stuck with a $4K heat pump. They said I can't return it and manufacturer does not have anyone in 20 miles of me to repair it. The worse product I ever purchased and from the worse place to purchase it from.My advice to you all, avoid the pain and frustration by buying somewhere else.

The people who own and work at this place are the reason I continue to go here. They are some of the hardest working, yet nicest people I have ever met! If there are ever any issues that you may have, they never try to rip you off, or belittle you like some of the other seasonal stores around the area. On top of the friendly staff, their products are top of the line as well. Thank you all for being such a great place, and for remaining open during these hard times!

Pool we got is great and the people are nice. My only issue is it’s so hard to get ahold of anyone even if you just have a question you have no choice but to make time to drive down there take a number and stand in line for a half hour or more in the sun just to get a response that would’ve been great over the phone or even via email (my personal experience). There must be something that can be done.
