Absolutely the best ! Dr. Le has great bedside manner and really knows how to treat my skin. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!
Dr. Amanda is great, she really takes her time to explain everything and she has helped me with my acne. The staff are super nice and friendly, I totally recommend this clinic and Dr. Amanda.
Terrible scheduling. I waited 45 minutes, and one person was ahead of me. I’m usually tolerant of longer waits if I’m told going in that they are behind schedule. After waiting 30 minutes I asked the receptionist how much longer it would be. She said she’d ask a nurse, which she didn’t bother to do. I will NEVER go back to this location (I heard the Kingwood location is better) Unless you like long waits and lack of communication, I’d avoid this place.
I saw Amanda and she was very thorough and friendly. I really appreciated getting in and out within 45 minutes.
The receptionists are friendly and polite. The place is clean with plenty of sofas and armchairs. The PA was very clear and offered what was best for my skin and pocket.
