They will waste your time and most importantly - money. One employee was very rude and condescending.
Rip off do not give these people your credit card for brilliant rewards after you cancel the membership they keep taking money out, when you ask for your re-funded they refuse to do it I called so many times I get nothing but lies, they lost a custom that gave them business for many many years.
I've been a Sona Smooth member since 2016 and I keep coming back because Sona continues to introduce cutting edge technology and improved treatments for self-care. They are always running specials and promotions for something I haven't yet tried, which I find intriguing. Who doesn't want a better way to facial to try to retain that youthful glow? The staff is professional and able to ease you even in the most uncomfortable or sensitive condition. I'm keeping my Sona promise!
I can’t speak highly enough about my experience today. Although, I can’t see the results from my procedure just yet, everything from the start to finish was awesome. Everyone was friendly, warm and welcoming. I had a terrible experience with another place in March and it really caused me to not ever want to do another procedure but Natalie assured me that my experience wasn’t normal and then today I was shown it was not normal and in fact today’s appointment wasn’t even painful. The previous experience at another place was extremely painful. Not today. No pain. I’ll report back with a review on the results in about 2 weeks but I’m sure they’ll be amazing!!
Staff is really pleasant! They explain the whole process and make you comfortable every step of the way. I went in for laser hair removal and the results have been wonderful. I will be going back for different areas in the future. Can't say enough positive things about them.
