I bought 2 packages of PRPI called the office to schedule an appointment for my next session but they are closed and doesn't even bother to call their customer to update a the customers with their next opening I have my 10 sessions left of PRP and I'm still waitingnI text the manager and called her but no replay till now it's very disappointing
As soon as I walk in the door of Spa Therapy Spa, I get a sense of peace, comfort & love. Shannon & Gracie are amazing human beings with excellent customer service skills whom really truly care about each of their individual clients. They are always accommodating, mindful & both always greet me with a smile!! Thank you to you both for allowing your inner light to shine & brighten other peoples life, daily. These are extremely important customer service traits that keep long term & loyal customers. I love getting my eye lashes done at this location. Very pleasant atmosphere, excellent customer service at all times. I have fell in love with the business ethics that Spa Therapy Spa provides each time I come to get service. I LOVE this place!!!! I have came here since last year! This salon is def a 5 STARR business! The set-up is so elegant and very clean, I like their services they offer and when I go for my eyelashes, Shannon has always done the PERFECT job! Also I have had the best customer service with everyone working there and in the check-in/out area. They are all so very helpful in scheduling and with any questions. Go try this salon and guaranteed you will become a regular!!!
I go here for my teen hydra facials and I love it. The people are so kind and helpful and make me feel safe and unafraid. My skin looks amazing when I leave and I get free stuff to use afterward each and every time I go. It’s so pretty and girly everything’s pretty blue with fur, crystals, diamonds, and feathers and lots of pictures of pretty ladies on the walls. It’s great every visit!
