Worst customer service ever, I will never be return here again nor recommend anyone. My daughter made a deposit ONE MONTH ago to have her nails done by JESSICA ROCHA for her 21st bday. Two days ago they changed the time without notice, and today completely cancelled the appointment. When calling they said, “ Jessica has decided to do microblading on that day, she’s just found out and will be canceling all appointments on October 9th, ONE WEEK BEFORE HER BIRTHDAY. What is the point of making a deposit only for it to be cancelled without notice, not dependable and they could careless, they said her next opening would be next month, go to their site and reschedule. NO THANK YOU, not only are you rude and don’t know a thing about customer service NO ONE SPEAKS ONE WORD OF ENGLISH! Never again, worst place ever. Thanks for absolutely nothing!
Very upset on how they treat customers She had schedule an appointment a month in advance gave a deposit for Oct 9th for a certain nail tech for her 21st birthday a very special day for a young lady and they have the NERVE to cancel her appointment due to the fact the nail tech wasn't going to be available that day mind you we schedule a month in advance and they couldn't even fit her in till after Oct 30th smh I'm sorry but I work with customers all day and when something like that happens in my line of business we do anything possible to fit a customer in before Oct 13th. They are very unprofessional and didn't care it was for her special day at all they should have at least tried to fit her in since they knew that the nail tech wasn't going to be available for that day. Now my daughter is upset about the whole thing because she wanted everything perfect for her special day. Don't recommend this place at all ladies are rude and very unprofessional.

Made an appointment via the Facebook link to the Square app. Showed up at 11 am to learn that my appointment had been cancelled after I drove more than 20 minutes to get there and the cancellation notice was sent in Spanish. What a waste of time and energy. “Not sure if the lady who does pedicures is coming In today or not cuz she’s traveling. Let me call her”. Ummm...no ma’am I won’t be returning.
