Came for $99 iPhone SE 2020 deal, was told by manager it requires the $60 plan which was incorrect per Metro's own website and customer service line (any plan qualifies). Employee corrected the situation and got me the phone and plan as advertised very quickly and easily. Sent them Pizza and desert as a thank you! Would have been 5-stars if it wasn't for the Manager.
DO NOT EVER go into this store to buy anything. Their own manager Samir (Sammy/Ricardo) is being stilling from the company and charging its customers whatever amount of money he wants for “activation fee” so he can pocket the money. He charged me $190 (it was supposed to be $80) to activate 4 new lines since I was paying with cash, he did not want to give me the receipt, so I had to insist in getting the receipt. He then claimed his printer was out of ink and I told him to send the receipt via email which he did. I called the store to get my money back and nothing gets resolved. They are straight stilling from their customers.

Go there at 10:30 a.m. to pay my bill they are not open till noon . if they say 10 a.m. on web site but don't open till noon what kind of service can expect from a place that don't even know when they open. Just saying. And last month when I came to pay my bill on Wednesday afternoon there wasn't even anybody here sign said open no one here door locked turn around to get my car to leave some lady pulled up to the door opens it and runs in this place is a joke big time
