This is the second time I had visit the consulate to renew my passport. The gentleman in the passport section was very professional and process my documents in timely manner. I wish I should have done some more research before traveling from Arkansas to Houston but now you can renew your passport online from the comfort of your home. check the website for more details and save your travel expenses.

Had a great experience in requesting a new digital passport for Pakistan. The officer there was very courteous, quick and was willing to help all along. We are really thankful for the customer service. We were traveling from Dallas and got done within 1.5 hours for 5 passport applications.nnQuick note: If you are applying as a family, please have ONE returning envelop for all applicants but have individual money orders. Having individual money orders would make it easy for Passport office in case there are issues on any application.

Excellent experience of visiting the consulate today. Both the officers at passport office and visa office were very cooperative and friendly in guiding. Esp the passport office officer made an extra effort in explaining each and every step. And the visa / attestation officer too was helpful in getting the things done on time. Over very good atmosphere , service and ambiance.

I have been in Houston 6 years. Initially i had been direly disappointed in the operations of this consulate. They were slow, casual and irresponsible with long wait times - had to go multiple times for simple stuff as well. This year amidst COVID, I was positively dreading coming here and I had to come with my family too. I was pleasantly surprised. They were much more organized and efficient than my previous experiences. Mr Sulaiman Akbar dealt with our applications. He was very professional and genuinely sincere in helping us. I was honestly very impressed.
