It was a pleasant experience. I had a friendly cashier. It was my very first visit and it will not be my last. Some of the items have a hefty price tag, but for the most part, everything else was reasonably priced.nStore had clean restroom, and the sales floor was neat and easy to navigate through, except for aisle where sales associates worked off huge bulky flatbeds. Maybe if sales staff were as friendly as cashier, I would have given 5 stars. But I guess too busy stocking to ask if I needed help.nOtherwise, a nice little store to visit.

I came to Home Goods a couple of weeks ago.nOh my gosh! The employees whom work on the floor ud83dude33 never smile always looking crazy! Out of that whole store there was one cashier that was so nice and pleasant she was a college student !she is a keeper .

I just want to mention how awful customer service is at this location.nI walked by about 5 employees during my short time in HomeGoods and not ONE of them acknowledged me.nThere was a gentleman whom was right at the door when I walked in that I said “hello” to that either completely just ignored me or didn’t even hear me because he had AirPods in his ears.nThen the girl at the podium when you walk in was on her phone so she was too distracted to greet me. I said “hello” to her as well and she realized just in time to tell the man walking in behind me “welcome”nGood thing I didn’t need help finding anything, because I probably wouldn’t have gotten it.
