Great customer care. Went in cause I needed a new phone and the girl working up front sold me on the first phone she brought up. Stylo 6. The girl who helped me (I'm sorry girl I forgot ya name) was super sweet and cute. Chatted with me while we waited for my phone to be ready and damn she has a good hair extension game. (Looked very real and very cute) anyway she was super nice and yall should give that gal a bonus.$$$

Went in to activate a new phone for my account and the lady behind the counter charged me $30.00 to activate it $15 for doing the activation and $15 for a non named accessory.
One of the best store i been to in salt lake city, also friendly customer service with great and amazing promo for new and existing customer. they help with pick a phone for my friend and have many selection of phone at affordable price.
Me and my boyfriend went to one of your locations today to set up a phone plan with you. We are excited to use your service however today we were forced to pay for two cases that we did not get nor want because they were too expensive. The manager instead of telling us the price of them made the mistake of hitting the buy button and there was no way for him to refund them, ultimately we had no choice but to pay for the cases because he didnt know how to refund them. We left with screen protecters instead which was still upsetting because we didnt want to pay 50 dollars for either the cases or screen protectors but he had no way to refund the money and ultimately forced us to pay for them due to his mistake. We could have upgraded the phone that we got to the one we wanted with the cost of the cases but we ended up here. Please help..
The manager was really nice despite his ability to fix the complex problem that the computer program had made permanent. He was great to us. I redid the review because of him. He did everything he could at that moment and i understand why it was so difficult.
