Went into the store There is a with a problem on a watch that I bought From T-Mobile that to ship to me. Could not get the assistance to help me with technical support they should just that I Go into the store. I was greeted immediately by crystal who took the time to get me set up even though it was a lengthy process she made sure that I was handled and taken care of in a professional manner 5 stars thank you so much. Been with T-Mobile for 11 years.
The manager here is outstanding. I have never had a company go out of their way so much to make me happy. I had to even return a phone because I found my other phone and they made it easy to cancel my second account. T-Mobile has my loyalty because of this store for life!
Best T Mobile store I’ve ever been to, by far. I felt welcomed as soon as I waked through the door and talked to the manager Ona, she is just amazing. She helped me with the issue I had with the best customer service. And they also have great prices.
