I’ve had nothing but bad experience with every AT&T store I’ve been too. I came to this location and Jamil helped me out. Let me tell you! Best customer service! Very patient and nice! He gave me the most help I’ve ever had with any phone store. Thanks to him I did not cancel my lines with AT&T he offered me a better plan that I can afford. Took his time and broke it down so I can fully understand! We need more people like Jamil! Thank you for your help! I left really happy from this location thanks to him!
I've been waiting over 45 minutes to make a cash payment. There's 5 employees. I asked them if I could leave the exact dollar amount and they could make my payments at their leisure. The employee said unfortunately we cant. He said I had to wait at least another 25 minutes. I walked out.
Sam was amazing he helped me quick and had a great attitude. Every time I come to this store he helps me out. I would prefer to get helped by Sam every time. You can tell this isn’t just work for him. He enjoys hello people. Thanks again. Very satisfied customer
I just went from a single line to 4 lines. These guys have good service in my area that's why I use them
Meh... phone quit working today... therefore I can't port my number to another place, another plan? Something's not right about this. And no, they can't/won't unlock my paided for phone..? Not without the elusive pin! ...not helpful.
