Perfect customer service!
We walked in with 3 phones to possibly trade in and swap data on. We were really annoying as we had so many questions. We weren't trying to be annoying, it just happened that way. Ona and Victoria were Awesome! They provided excellent customer service, answered all of our annoying questions and we left the store happy with 2 new phones and a great experience!
TMobile has to be one of the best companies when it comes to customer care. Their team of experts service is incredible and they're always happy to talk with you.
This store in particular is awesome tho. The employees there are top of the line and very genuine. I've called them multiple times and wentiwent store to chat with them about phones. The manager here is incredibly cool and down to earth. I highly recommend TMobile. This is my favorite store. But I've gotten great experiences with every other one I've been to.
Come to this store if you want to be very well taken! They are engaging and want to make sure you understand what you are buying before you leave the store!
One of the best in state! Really cool folks with fun personallys, they have taken care of me for years!
