The staff there is very accommodating...... couldn't find a certain item in tools.....man came over, found my item, got a cart and wheeled it to the register. Awesome!!

The third delivery of my refrigerator on October 2nd 2020 was finally not dented. I hope it works!! I was offered 10 percent off on the first dented one, pretty sad. I said no of course and imagine they’ll be selling it at a clearance price of more than ten percent off. I really wouldn’t of kept a brand new dented refrigerator anyway. Never again will I buy from Lowe’s. Poor customer service.

Drove 15 min. Got there at 530pm. Waited in line for a truck rental. Finally spoke with the lady at the counter at 5:50pm to only tell me the manager said its too late. When I spoke with someone over the phone, they told me the last truck can go out at 6pm. I have to wait until tomorrow. Whoever said it was too late just wanted to go home. If I didn't really want the product I wouldn't deal with this store. Terrible customer service.

This is Home Depot's competition, however, Lowe's has way better products and it's cheaper than Home Depot. The staff at Home Depot is friendlier, but the staff at Lowe's is more knowledgeable (sometimes). I pick Lowe's over Home Depot though.

Lowes has to be the worst company for a credit card ever. I DO NOT recommend them at all! I paid off my balance (10/19) once it cleared I needed to buy a few things for a home remodel that we are going to be doing so we went to the store and made the purchase. I wanted to take advantage of the 5% off, which is why we used the card instead of cash. Once it cleared and showed up, I paid it off. Lowes took my money from my bank account and it is also marked as completed on there end. But my limit is still not showing so I called. I was told that because I have not had my card for 6 months or more they put a hold on the account (home depot does not do that). I told them that they took my money from my account and it says completed. She then tells me that we have no proof unless we call your bank. But they can see that the payment has been made. Makes no sense. They penalize you for a number of different things. 1) payment of $2500 or more in a short period of time 2) not having the account for at least 6 months and there was a few others but that is the 2 I was told. Will not be using them or stepping foot into the store ever again.
