Mattress Firm North Dartmouth

The sales and delivery group at Mattress Firm North Dartmouth are more than outstanding. Jeff Gustafson, our Sales Associate, was spectacular. Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase a mattress, and he was incredibly supportive and generous as we finalized our decisions on a number of mattress purchases. The delivery service was also amazingly quick and efficient. Rudi Sanchez was particularly efficient and knowledgeable as he set up our mattress at home. I will certainly continue to do all of my mattress purchases at Mattress Firm and at North Dartmouth, and I highly recommend them.

Had a very positive experience especially with the sales person Mark he was very knowledgeable and helped us a lot to find the right mattress for my wife and I , which we haven’t shopped for a mattress in over 10 years so he made it easier for us to pick out the right mattress. There should be more salespeople like Mark he makes people feel comfortable in making such a personal decision.I would highly recommend this place and mark of course to anyone who is looking to buy a mattress.

1st time home owner and had to make a major transition from moving from Boston to New Bedford. The move it's self was nerve wrecking. Did not take into consideration that the halls on the premises are extremely narrow and closed cornered. Had to move a queen size mattress along with the box spring. Unsuccessful, I had to abandon the box spring which resulted in having to place the mattress on the floor to sleep (Not cool at all!) Just so happen to be in the area of North Dartmouth MA running a few errands when I noticed a Mattress Firm. I was so indecisive to go into the store and inquire about prices. That's when I met a awesome Sales Rep. (MARK) who greeted and introduced his self to me upon entering. I explained my situation with a little back story of me purchasing my first home. He recommended the type of box spring (split queen) and the measurements. I was hesitant at first. But Mark assured me that it would be easier to maneuver and move based on the circumstance. I made the purchase and Mark also included a fantastic deal to put my mind at ease. Once the purchase was made. Mark was so helpful in assisting me place the box springs into my SUV. Mark was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable and made me feel very welcomed when I first entered the store. Mark went above and beyond. I will definitely return to that store location in the near future to purchase my next mattress set for my second bedroom.

Our sales associate Brian was excellent -- friendly, knowledgeable, and a good listener. Once he had an idea of the kind (and cost) of mattress we were looking for, he showed us an array of choices that fit our criteria, and helped us narrow down our choices. Never once did he try to up-sell us, and we ended up finding the exact solution to our needs at the cost we'd budgeted for. A delight to work with this man.

I had such a good experience at Mattress Firm! My salesmen Mark was so patient and helpful. My friend and I both left feeling like we got such a good deal. Round of applause for Mark 11/10 fella.
