There not professional they don't work with you when you only want to buy a piece or two they don't make you feel welcome. The one on redwood road is about better the guys great there and actually willing to help you , now that guy needs a raise. I wont be buying from this one ever. All other places are fantastic! Just not this one. Ended up purchasing a set from the other gatita store.
