Terrible customer service. We were told 2 weeks for delivery and now I am being told it could be another 2 weeks but they can't give me a day or time until the day before.. terrible company, would not use them in the future! If you want your purchase in a timely manner do not use this company!! Awful, and they are rude when you call to ask about an ETA. Highly dissatisfied!!

They gave me 6 months to pay my future because of this corona they decided to close with no warning no notice on Windows door plus when calling no answer machine no way to pick up my money had to buy future some where else because of there lack of communication so i want my money back it was not my fault they are very unprofessional with keeping customers happy bad businessud83dude30ud83dude25ud83dude33

St time visiting this antique store. The place is so big I'll need another day to see everything. So many things to see and touch, it's like visiting a museum! I took a lot of pictures of some unique items

I would have given zero stars, but it doesn't let you. This place is horrible. We ordered a couch, which we paid cash for. We got a call a couple days later saying that when they called the Ashley company to order it, it wasn't in stock. They said they could give us another color, which was in stock, and in their warehouse. We really didn't want to change colors, but they refused to give us our money back. So we decided to go with the different color. Then, when I asked about the delivery, which we paid $79 for, the woman said, well you can come pick up the couch yourself if you want it sooner, otherwise we are busy so we'll call you the day before we can deliver it. Are you kidding?? It's been 4 days since then, and we haven't heard anything. I'll be calling today asking for the $79 delivery charge back, and we'll just pick it up ourselves. It should be interesting to see how this goes.
