It was okay employees never help customers find items they need
Always enough cashiers available to check out regardless of the traffic.
Tonight I visited Walmart, for a multitude of random items, as most people do. While in the Electronics Department, I was assisted by an amazing fellow named “Jim.” He and his impressive staff members knew everything about EVERYTHING! They had answers to every crazy question I threw at them, as I came in with some predicaments!nIf Jim isn’t a Manager, he should be. He is the epitome of customer service. He thoughtfully showed me products that met my needs and I left with the things I came in for. Thanks to the care of Jim, and his well trained team, I left with a checked off list and a smile on my face. Please give these guys a well deserved thank you! ud83dude03
Was interested in purchasing a $250 bicycle today but it didn't seem to be put together perfectly and had 2 rust spots on different bolt locations. I asked two separate staff members for a manager and one of them simply said they couldn't help and I should go to customer service. The second just said management is probably in the back of store and couldn't help. Customer service had a line no way I was waiting when the 2 associates could have easily made a PA announcement or called someone to assist me. Lost my business for sure on this one. To much competition Walmart to not go above and beyond.
