The staff is always professional and courteous. The most regular pharmacy tech who assists me is Annamma, and she is just the dearest lady. I never see her flustered by rude customers, and she always welcomes me back warmly.
The worst pharmacy ever! I just waited for an hour and 10 minutes for them to tell me that they are out of my prescription and I wanted to get a substitute for it, they said they’re processing it but they are going to lunch now! So unprofessional and rude! I guess their freaking lunch is more important than their patients and prescriptions. There were so many people waiting in the line. Very unprofessional! So disappointed!
We are in from out of town and Julia the Pharmacist on duty tonight was Wonderfully helpful in taking care of our needs and helping with the best prices. We really want to say how much we enjoyed her customer service. Tanner also helped and did a Wonderful job with getting the coupons entered and the best possible price. They made a great team.
Worst grocery pick-up manager experience ever. Show up I call I check in... had to wait forever. Took an hour to get my groceries picked up. At one point after waiting 40 minutes I told the manager. And she argued with me that I had only been there 15 minutes and I said no I've been there 40 min.nBesides this location doesn't answer their phone when you arrive. What type of manager argues with you...nSomebody from upper management needs to reach out to this person..
Please avoid. They won't have your medication. Very rude staff and are 80 percent of the time back ordered
