The worst Walmart Pharmacy service I’ve ever encountered. The drive thru is worthless, no one but me and I’ve waited 13 minutes before someone comes. I take lifelong meds. The last 3 months my phone refills are never received when I go to pickup meds. In fact, they are completely out of stock and failed to contact me, but seem to have enough to tie me over till med arrives. I return on day they asked, only to find med not filled. She is willing to fill while I shop. I then return and pharmacy is CLOSED. She was to have texted me when ready. Tonight was the straw that broke the camels back. They didn’t receive my refill by phone, AGAIN. ud83dude21ud83dude21ud83dude21 I’m done with this Walmart’s pharmacy⚠ufe0f

Horrible. EVERYTIME I COME THESE PPL ARE saying something isn’t covered by my insurance, and i have to call back and forth between my doctor and them! They don’t know what they’re doing! When i end up having to get the same prescription filled elsewhere i never have any problems. I am DONE with this Walmart completely ud83dude21

I love these guys! They have been filling prescriptions for me and my family more than ten years at the Farmers Branch WalMart at Midway and LBJ. That location just shut down in July as this new store opened. I am relieved to see that all the pharmacy staff at the old location is now working at this new location. They are busier than ever, now that they are in a gigantic WalMart and now that they have a drive-through. No worries though. I've picked up prescriptions at this new store and, just like before, it was easy-breezy. Also, it is a good place to get a flu shot. The pharmacist (the guy with glasses) has the magic touch. I appreciate you all!
