This is not Crate and Barrel, this is Ryder trucking that handles their will calls and delivery of items of their item only. They do not have a show room to view any products and they can not help with purchasing items or setting up returns. You will need to call either the fashion place location or their online store to make any perches.

Do not purchase furniture from crate and barrel. I purchased multiple pieces of furniture the first of November. I have had 4 delivery dates scheduled and each time the could only deliver 1 or 2 pieces because the others hadn't been shipped from their warehouse! 1st delivery I got 2 of the benches for my table but not the table itself because the base was broken when it was shipped. The next delivery I got 2 pieces of a sectional! Only 2 pieces of a 4 piece sectional and it just goes on. I was just contacted by the delivery company that the base for the broken table once again didn't make it on the truck for my delivery tomorrow! You may like their furniture and even though you have paid for it you'll probably never get it.
