ALL WAREHOUSE PROBLEMS SOLVED! Fantastic company. They went above and beyond to help me. I couldn't believe how amazing they were. I worked with Mark and Francisco there. I was initially looking to get a quote for pallet racks but they helped me with so many other things including referrals to other equipment companies. For my pallet rack needs, they came up with a design to utilize the space in the most efficient way and showed it to me in CAD. A very professional service. When my employee first spoke with them, they insisted they come to our business location so they can make the best recommendations and suggest the best solution for my business. At first, I thought they were pushy but I'm so glad I met them in person and let them do their job. I'm forever grateful for their wonderful service, courtesy, speedy response, and care. I know I can contact them for any warehouse needs whether or not they provide the service themselves. I highly recommend them.
Excellent customer service. I went there on two different occasions, first just gathering ideas I worked with an older gentlemen who's name slips my mind, and then the second time committing to product to purchase I worked with Mark Gunn. Each of them were total professionals and were very accommodating. They are definitely customer centric, and set on providing solutions that fit the customer's needs. Go there for great solutions and service!
