Massage Envy

I visited ME at Spring Creek and 75 yesterday and had a very pleasant experience all the way around. From the people at the front desk to my very excellent masseuse Kevin!nnKevin worked out stress knots on my back and shoulders that left me feeling de stressed and my muscles relaxed. Most importantly, he made me feel comfortable....I highly recommend Kevin to anyone needing a good massage. I will definitely be back to see him!

Be careful! They’ll try to charge you for “missing an appointment “ when you called multiple times to cancel/reschedule and no answer. Loved going here but that just lost my business!

The branch stores will not work with you and company policyvis that you can not change home stores if your home store is in thevsame area. Moved from allen to plano and they will not npve home store and corp will not call me back.

Massage was amazing and very professional but be careful of their pricing. I was overcharged and when I called the store to inquire I was basically told “oh it must have been a miscommunication and nothing can be done” never going back to this location again!

My best friend weighs everything from her food to her cleaners with reviews. I guess the weight of reviews is pretty powerful so I’m taking the time to make this. I hope that this review helps someone with the honest truth. I’m not going to lie. I was really worried with how clean it would be and scared of COVID. The place is spotless. The waiting area is never crowded. They clean after each person very thoroughly. The staff is really nice and helpful. You can say whatever your preference is and they pair you with the perfect person. Temp checks for everyone.nnNow to Joel. I thought I had one bad shoulder and the other one was smooth sailing. I was not correct. From the moment that Joel started working on my back I felt instant relief where so much pressure had built I never even knew was there. He explained everything to me. He took the time to explain why and how it all worked and what I could do to better myself. If you want to just lay in silence that’s also an option, I just took advantage of how knowledgeable he was and asked a million questions. I know that not everyone has the luxury of throwing around money these days but I promise you will feel better. It will be worth it and I feel totally at ease with how clean it is. No I’m not related to any human at this place, I just really hope if you guys want a real review that this helps just one person. I feel amazing. Going to have to go back because of my shoulder situation but I’m very pleased with the progress already.
