Holy cow. I can walk again without doing the old man S curve walk. Great service without a lot of hassle. Therapists are receptive to pressure requests and are up and coming. Nothing but good things to say about my experience so far, bought a membership on the spot.
I always walk out of here feeling better than when I walk in. Staff is friendly and stay in communication with you regarding appointment times and availability.
Clean quiet and friendly welcoming staff
The team at the Schertz location is amazing. You feel like family as soon as you walk inside. Super friendly over the phone and will always try and make sure they have an appointment that fits your schedule. I received a facial form Kassandra who was absolutely amazing!!!! Not only did she do a great job, she recommended products to fit my skin type. I will continue to use Kassandra for facials.
I’ve loved this place and it’s gone downhill so much, I love the therapists a few have left for reasons I do not blame them underpaid and overworked and don’t get me started on the sanitation of this place especially during a pandemic come on people! Owners don’t care about clients are rude to there employees and are just all about the money and it shows!! Also rude front desk you walk in and just feel as if you’re an inconvenience to them unless you’re handing them your credit card! MASSAGE ENVY INVESTIGATE!
