Had my initial consultation with Charlesty, she is awesome. Took her time speaking with me and came up with a plan that was best for my skin. The business itself was clean,organized and professional.nnUpdate: So after another office took my $800 payment never sent me a receipt, just appointment confirmation. I go in for my appointment and the SA location shows no record of my payment. They did not let this mess up interfere with my treatment. All the ladies in the San Antonio office showed great customer service, knowledge with my skin and tattoo. They are the only reason I continue to do business with Fresh Start. Thank you ladies.
Very professional and they actually care about their clients! I felt at-ease the entire time and well-educated about what was going on. I waited several weeks to make this review as I wanted to see how the results were. I can tell you the results are phenomenal! I would recommend this business to anyone and everyone in need of tattoo removal. They are literally the best!
Staff was amazing ,the place is nice and clean prices are affordable. I went in kinda scared and came out extremely happy wishing I had done this sooner. They make you feel comfortable and they make your visit pleasant. Definitely will recommend anyone who is getting their tattoo removed.
I loved everything about this place! Charlie & Shelby were Fantastic!! Very professional and informative on how the entire process works! Not only did I feel at home but I was also given homemade chocolate chip cookies during my first visit & they were DELICIOUS!!! I am very happy that I found a Clinic that Is so clean and welcoming. I have been to a different clinic prior to here, and It wasn’t the best experience. Thankfully Fresh Start has helped reassure me not to worry and that I really am in good hands, Thank You!!!!!!!
Great second treatment! I had some questions about the first treatment and wanted to clarify what to expect. I love the way I’m treated and well informed when I have any concerns.
