I was impressed with the customer service and the amount of time spent to discuss findings and options. The service completed was immediately noticed and was done exceptionally well.
I was extremely hesitant to receive Botox, as I believed I would be unable to smile and not appear natural. However, the entire staff made me feel welcomed and at ease. The provider (Mr. Garberich) was extremely thorough and made me feel comfortable about the entire experience. He also served over 17 years as a Medical Provider in the Army, and I appreciated that as well. After receiving treatment, staff called to check up on me the next day, seven days later, and I had a follow-up two weeks after treatment. Besides the fact that my face is almost wrinkle-free, I am extremely happy with the staff, the facility and price. Thank you!
