I got a massage with Steven last month and it was INCREDIBLE! For the past month I have had minimal pain in the areas where I carry my stress and I have had more flexibility than I have had in years. I highly recommend him for a session, he is the only massage therapist I've had who has the actual strength to tackle my troubled areas, especially in my back. 10/10 would recommend!!

I spent a lot of money on micro blading, only for it to turn out terrible. My eyebrows look like a child took a sharpie to them, even after the “touch up” (which I was charged for even though I had been told it was included in the upfront price, which by the way ended up being a lot higher upon checkout then quoted.) Conveniently the person that did them later left.nManagement did not seem to care when I reached out to them via an extensive email. Not only did the micro blading turn out terrible, I was also mocked by the technician about a neurological issue I have. I have not felt so degraded in a place where I was supposed to be going to relax and pamper myself.nI also had a terrible experience with their “doctor” that did Botox. He also magically disappeared after my session so that was never addressed either after a few hundred dollars went down the drain. They did not offer any solution or even offer a refund or credit to any other service.nI spent a lot of money at this place between massages, facials (my first one was terrible but luckily another woman reached out and provided an amazing service), the micro blading, Botox and multiple salon services (the stylist was amazing though)

Just got my hair done with Jessica and she’s amazing, really professional, talented, makes you feel really comfortable and she’s friendly. It’s a really beautiful place and everyone’s really nice and professional. Highly recommended! ud83eudd0d

I’m sure the services at this establishment would’ve been nice but I will never know as gift certificates expire after 1 year of purchase and they will not make exceptions to extend it regardless of your situation/the pandemic. I mean they already got the $145 so why would they. I guess establishing new loyal customers is not their thing which is a shame.
