I have never visited the spa, so this is not on the actual spa experience, but I made an appointment for saturday for a valentine's day present for me and my husband, after I made the appointment a couple days later I got a call saying they had to reschedule the appointment. Disapointed I made the appointment for the following weekend, but better late then never for valentines day. Then I got a call to cancel and reschedule that one the next day, but they were going to be open on valentines day now, so they could book me anytime that day. So I made an appointment for valentines day (even better)....then I got a call today saying the had to reschedule my appointment again and I said nevermind. Very dissappointed and frustrated. I really wanted to surprise my husband and get a couples massage, but getting a call 3 times to reschedule was rediculous. As I was having to change my plans on the babysitter every other day and now finding another spa to hopefully be able to book me for valentines day.
