It’s pretty good, staff is friendly. Just be aware of your leave date. If you don’t follow up they may forget it and you’ll be charged for a month. The place is under new management and I was there for old management. It’s what it is, storage. It worked for my location. I have some pieces that are moldy, my fault, I was there for long than expected. Over all it will fit your needs.

I locked my unit without drawing the deadbolt. They called me the next day when they noticed the lock was not properly set doing their rounds. That is what I call service I was at the Middleton RI site. If this is their level of service I am impressed

Office staff was always pleasant to work with. Very secure. Decent pricing. Roadways and units could use updating. Overall, I am happy with my experience.
