Very unusual for a WM pharmacy to have actual customer service. This location does. Well managed. Staff acknowledges customers when arriving while they are taking care of customer at counter. Thank you.
I am sorry but i do not think its okay for one Walmart pharmacy to open 6 days a week at 6am and another to open 1 day at 6am and another at 4am and the other days at 8 am and another day at 9 am! Talk about unprofessional!
There was no one at the counter at first.The staff is very busy. They are always rushing around. They are attentive when they do realize that someone is waiting. They fill your prescription pretty quickly too.
The service is terrible at the drive thru, you keep waiting way too long here. I really wish I could go back to the other Walmart. They need better employees and leadership here.
This pharmacy is consistently understaffed and has very long wait times. Most often, you'll have to wait 10 minutes for drop off, where they tell you it will be another two hours until its ready. It is unfortunate that they are so incompetent, given that the Walmart it is in is a good one.
