I rented a truck last Sunday. I drove 44 miles with it. I should have taken a picture of the odometer because UHAUL said I drove 60 miles. I've tried to contact them several times with no response. I've just been ignored trying to resolve this issue. If you rent from them take pictures of the odometer, take pictures of the gas, keep record of everything because they'll try to screw you. And their terrible customer service won't even get back to you.

We were the second group to show up and we find out that the truck was overbooked.nWe get sent to Smithfield, but on our way there (5 minutes away) we get a call from the Smithfield branch informing us that they weren't notified and the truck that was reserved in Smithfield from the North Attleboro branch was given out.nThis sent us scrambling until we got a hold of customer service who sent us to Attleboro.nMistakes, happen, 9/1 is tough on this side of the state, but just awful that we were left up sh-t creek without a paddle!

Awful customer service. Complete laziness. I love waking a propane tank over there today to be told “we are out of propane.” Doesn’t matter that I was in uniform; still lied to. I’ll never go here again.

Place is so unprofessional, I use to like coming here for propane cause they have the cheapest rates on the area per gallon, but as of the last year or so they have become lazy! They are always “out of propane” or “the hose is broken” just get rid of the propane cage then..I’m now going to the Mobil/Triple Play North only, at least they always provide service with a smile even if they do charge a little more!
