I've used them 2 times for shipping Items with pick-up at their yard as my street is too small for truck delivery. Lisa and Connie? were are friendly, professional, courteous. Pick-up was smooth.
Not very happy with this company, so the company sends a text to sent up a delivery i call to set up a day and time. So I called to set it up and was told that they would deliver the shipment on Thursday for them to call and say the shipment didn’t make the truck it would be delivered on Friday and Friday comes at 4:45 I called to find out where my delivery was and was told the truck broke down and that it would be delivered on Monday. Well Monday has come and still no delivery! Called them to be told the truck driver is sick and they couldn’t find another truck driver! Now I’m being told it will be delivered on Wednesday!! Let’s see what happens on Wednesday! It wouldn’t be so bad if this company had a little common decency to call the customer (who has now taken 3 days off from work and another one on Wednesday) to keep them informed on their shipment!
Bad service, poorer customer service and low class employee service. Never I will recommend it to anyone.
Orderd materials about 5 different times for pickup in seekonk 4 out of the 5 were there the next day. The one that wasnt there was there early the following day.
Great service. On time delivery.
