The crew we had moving our 2 bedrooms was great! Serge and Erik were fantastic. They disassembled all of our furniture and, carefully wrapped everything. They where able to get everything out of a 3rd floor to 2nd floor condo without any damage. I am highly impressed, and I highly recommend ASAP movers!
We appreciate there care in wrapping and handling our furniture. They took time to hear our concerns as the furniture was going into a storage unit. It all stored well. Came to new residence with no damage. They were friendly worked great as a team. Very pleased with the service and would highly recommended this company!!!
Had our friend refer them to us and hire them since we are currently in Florida. The move was fine but they added more guys to the job to increase the cost of the job. It cost $2000 to move a storage unit 5 miles away. They basically bait you in with the $125 and hour and add more guys to increase the cost. After posting a negative review they proceeded to write a negative review on my friends business who hired them for me. It’s obvious the post written on our friends company is from a fake name because it’s only other review was a 5 star to ASAP movers. My friend is currently having legal counsel file a claim for false defamation of their company that had no transactions with ASAP or its fake created client on google. Stay away! Dishonest people with fake reviews created by themselves.
Way over priced for a small move. Whacked us with a huge second bill. Would never use again! Colleen S.
