I am writing this feedback to warn other not to purchase insurance with Bob Goof Proof! It’s a scam they will tell you it covers accidental damage but will find any excuse to not cover it! I purchased a bed for my daughter 2 years ago and the bed had not been moved since install. We were moving and the wood broke which my plan covered broken wood. The insurance company stating since it was while assembling/disassembling it is not cover. If it was an accident there should be no reason it shouldn’t be covered. It’s all a scam to get you to purchase insurance but not come through when it’s time to fix the problem. I will no longer be purchasing any furniture from Bobs nor their “protection” plan. Quick to take peoples money but an excuse to not pay their dues. There should be no reason my bed should have broken in less than 2 year without the bed even being moved.

Went in to take a look around and had a pleasant experience. Full disclosure: I didn't buy anything, but the salespeople were nice and not at all pushy. I said I was just browsing and they just let me wander around sitting on stuff until I thanked them and left. The store was beautifully arranged and very clean/bright. Really cool koi pond, too. Good vibes there 10/10

Loved this experience. Store very clean. They take all the precautions including taking your temperature upon walking in the store. Huge selection of furniture. Our salesman Sam was amazing, absolutely pressure free shopping. Went in to buy a recliner and bought the sofa to match. Can't wait to go back to buy our new bed.

My in-store experience was fine... attentive, helpful sales staff, and friendly as well. My purchase was also a painless experience, and the delivery team was professional and prompt. They took great care to see that my chair was assembled and positioned where I wanted it.nnHere is where it all went downhill. I requested, through customer service, an adjustment be made on my chair, as it's lean or pitch was not properly adjusted for me. This requires the chair base be re-positioned, to level the seat (it's a swivel recliner). THREE REQUESTS WENT UNANSWERED, before I finally received an email response... one that in no way addressed my problem. It became clear that they were simply trying to complicate the issue and hope I would give up.nnWell it worked... I have given up. This company, by far, has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They made little effort to answer my concern directly... and even less effort to hide the fact that they are only interested in making a sale, nothing more.nnI cannot recommend this company, and will be replacing my chair... which I'll hopefully purchase from a store that values its customers more than Bob's does.
