Had a great experience with Amanda... She was knowledgeable and worked with us on aligning the best product that was within our budget. She was patient and provided us with a great education and even secured us financing within minutes! We just took delivery and it went very smooth. It is pouring rain and delivery team was very respectful of our home and property and even put booties on to protect our floors. Great experience, TY!

Fast,polite and knowledgeablenOur first purchase after moving back to Massachusetts our salesman directed us to exactly what we could afford and then showed us a couple sale items that were even better . We needed our mattress that day so we decided to go pick it up at the warehouse..where the great service continued. The gentleman was very patient as I was making my selection. I purchased a boxed memory foam mattress. Happy with it. The reason I'm not as happy is after I paid he made me wait while he called another customer. He did not bring it to my car until 10 minutes later. My time is valuable. I would of liked him to be more considerate of my time. It only took a minute for him to finally bring it to my car.

I had a very good, and safe, experience at Mattress Firm in So Attleboro MA. My salesperson, Mo, was knowledgeable and super helpful. I was also glad to see that delivery could be within only a few days. Just got delivery of mattress today and the guys were very fast and careful, and masked up. Would recommend everyone check out Mattress Firm if looking for a new mattress.

I don't buy mattresses often, but when I do, I buy from Mattress Firm. They have a great selection, great staff, and prices that just can't be beat for name brand quality mattresses. I just bought a new bed for my daughter today and the sales associate, Mohamed, could not have been more helpful. He was dealing with other customers at the same time as myself and was responsive and patient with all of us. He happily pulled down multiple mattresses for my daughter to try, got me a great deal, and even helped me carry the mattress and load it into my SUV. I may not have the opportunity to buy from them again in the near future, but the least I can do is help spread the word that this is the place to go.
