Our sales person Miguel Barba was amazing. We were instantly greeted and ever since we’ve come back 3 times to see him. We purchased a sofa (which we absolutely love!) and 2 mattress sets from him. He was very knowledgeable about every product we looked at. He was very patient and never rushed us. You can definitely tell that he is passionate about what he does, and enjoys interacting with his customers! 10 out of 10 would recommend Miguel Barba!

The store was great. Salesperson was nice and got a good price on mattresses and bed. Delivery was a disaster. They called early and said they would arrive 2 hours before the delivery window but didn't show. Delivery App said they would arrive in 20 minutes all day. Said they arrived when they were no where in site. 5 hours of waiting and the wrong frames arrived and only one mattress. Delivery guys and 2 hours later the mattresses were on but the frames couldn't be set up properly because of missing pieces. The folks in the phone were great. The delivery guys were nice but the 7 hour delivery process was a disaster and we have to do it again for the actual bed frames we bought. Nice people but not the service we were hoping for. Hopefully it was just comedy of errors that happens once in hundreds of deliveries.

We bought a couch in August of 2020. 6 weeks after owning the couch we noticed that the fabric was fraying and the piping was poking through the material. We called and explained the situation. They sent out their specialist to check the couch and determined the material was defective. They allowed us to exchange the couch for a new couch. The new couch has now been ordered and should be here in the next month. Overall I am very pleased with the customer service regarding this situation. My hope and we anticipate is the new couch will not will not have any issues.

The selection of couches is reasonably priced and very comfortable. We weren’t hounded around the store but the salesman was close enough to answer all our questions and work up the numbers for us. We do need to wait a few weeks before our couch arrives and I am hopeful that it will arrive as promised. The only drawback was the way the financing was handled. I had to answer questions from the salesman and then speak to the bank an additional 3 times. That was a inconvenient but our salesman was great !

Miguel was super helpful and helped us determine the perfect couch for our space. Excited to have it delivered and it appears it will be ahead of schedule too! First experience shopping Raymour & Flanigan and will definitely be going back.
