The only reason I’m giving it a 3 star rating is because of Cassie. She was the only one that was kind and showed customer appreciation. I was contacted by I’m assuming one of the managers today and he was very rude to start with. They need to get rid of him and hire Cassie in his place. They deducted $51 Out of my account before I even received the merchandise....And then had the nerve to harass me about a late payment and couldn’t explain where the $51 went. This will be the last time I will use them unless new management is in place.
Buddy's is amazing i love my furniture..it was quick very professional, I received a call to see if I needed anything else for the holidays. I was going to call them back today and before I could they called me ,I get my new TV delivered tomorrow and I was only in store under 20 minutes..tax time is around the corner go visit buddys and get your TV couch beds even video gamesud83dude03ud83dude0d call Travis now Spartanburg sc he can get you in and outud83dude42 and has a great sense of humor
Everyone in that office was great except Travis... his attitude was beyond ridiculous. It’s probably why his show room is still full.
My prayer box. Everytime I need something, I pray for one day I get it and I kid you not, within a week, Buddys has it for cheap every week for payment. I absolutely love this area.
The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They have overcharged my card numerous times. lied about it and took no responsibility. No response from their corporate office either. Just making the payment every week and getting the balance is like pulling teeth. I would give them a -1 star if I could.
