We decided to upgrade our closet. The experience went smoothly overall. Any issues were addressed quickly and made right. Let's start with the closet designer, Val. She was personable, professional, and committed to meeting our needs. The office staff was kind and helpful in every way. The installation crew was timely, personable, accurate and conscientious with the installation. Everyone in the process was wanting to serve the customer. Highly recommend using Closets by Design - Spartanburg.
The installers did a great job! They were very professional. The only reason I gave a 4 was because 1 of the cabinets was made much shorter by the factory. They did not follow the designer’s plan and decided not to inform ANYONE of that decision! The installer was so great about the whole situation, and called and got it rectified by the next day! They all look great now!
We gutted our closet, had it painted, crown molding etc. Then Closets by Design designed and installed beautiful shelves, cabinets, clothes rods, laundry bin and more. We now have a beautiful, bright functional closet. They were on time and professional. HIGHLY recommend them. Our designer, Kim, was awesome and kept in touch throughout the process.
Had the master closet done with double hang and shoe shelves. Designer was VERY patient and thorough, presenting all options of decor and pricing so we could make our best selections. Installer was fast, quiet and clean. We have so much more room now.
