Was contacted yesterday with a confirmation of delivery for today. Took off work to wait on the movers to arrive today. I was called at 4pm today and returned the call about an hour later. Was told they wouldn’t deliver today since it was a call to confirm. Which makes absolutely no sense. It was confirmed yesterday evening and told the salesman I would be home. The story I was told about loading the truck with our stuff didn’t add up. Nor did the amount of time. We are exactly 10 miles (20 mins away) from the store we made out purchase. Was told it was out of the time frame and was 45 mins away. It’s frustrating. And unacceptable. I work tomorrow. Can’t take off two days because of nonsense. Seems as if they didn’t want to do their job on time.

My fiance and I came in on Saturday looking for a mower and new bedroom set. Brad helped us with figuring out the best way to get what we wanted within our budget. I had a million questions and he answered every one of them the best he could. This is our first time renting anything, he made us feel comfortable and spent a good amount of time helping us make our final decision. Thanks! We cant wait to get our things! ud83dude01

We were gonna get a dryer from Aaron's for 85 a month. They told us they would deliver it today. They never called and when we called to see what was going on they said oh we are not delivering to anyone today. They would not apologize and when we went to get his money back they couldn't do it. I would give zero stars if I could. The manager Brad gave off a very strong “I don’t care “ feel to how he handled it.

I don't know what went down with this place but these people here will rob you blind. They used to be friendly and work with you when you had hard times but these people won't. They will take money out of your account without permission no matter what you have in your bank account. My fiance was out of work and they said they would work with him considering he lost his job but never did and when he got his first paycheck from his new job, they took everything he had without his permission. He gets paid every two weeks and these people left him with $13 to live on for two weeks. Don't ever go here because they will not work with you anymore.
