Our experience with Watson's has been top notch thus far. John in the flooring department has been very attentive and responsive throughout the process thus far. Their delivery guy, Brandon, delivered our flooring today and he was helpful, personable and efficient. We are excited to have our new flooring installed next week and we are really glad we have chosen Watson's to take on this project for us.

First - I made two trips to the Chesnee store and spoke with a lady named Gay both times regarding various pieces of furniture. She was super nice and very helpful throughout both visits with a high level of patience. I really appreciated her help.nnSecond - I had Jerrit and Brandon come out to deliver a couple of things to the house and they did an excellent job. They were careful about bringing the furniture inside in a safe and controlled manner, and even stopped briefly to discuss options regarding upkeep of the furniture. They both had a great attitude and were very helpful with any questions I had. I would recommend using them for delivery of furniture anytime and will most likely be using Watson's again in the future for my furniture needs.nnOverall I had a great experience with Watson's Furniture Company and will most likely be using them in the future for my furniture and/or appliance needs.

We were helped by Gay Guthrie and she was awesome. We needed a sleeper sofa but we didnt like the fabric so she wrote up a quote for the stule we liked and she worked with us with fabric types amd stylesnShe included both my husband and I and totally made sure that my husband, the one footing the bill, was included and referred to for final say. For everything it was under what we were expecting. We got everything we wanted. They deliver and set up.nThe wait for the furniture is a little long, but we have no control over that.nI like shopping local. I love being able to make sure our downtown is thriving and Watsons made that so easy. Oh, btw parking is fantastic here. There are restaurants right down the street, (fast food as well). Perfect afternoon shopping experience.

Brandon and Jerrit did a fantastic job delivering a stove, washer and dryer to my house. I am very pleased with the customer service and delivery service I received from Watson’s Furniture and Appliance. I will definitely do business with them again.
