Bargain Box & Bunks

We are a bit disappointed with this business. We originally planned to buy two new mattresses at Bargain box so we called before we went to make sure they had them and they said they did. Once we got there we decided to buy a brand new bunk bed plus the mattresses they had in stock. Because it was going to take several weeks for our bunks we paid for our whole order but told them we’d pick up the mattresses and bunks when the bunks were ready and they said that’s fine. Our bunks are now there and ready to be picked up but they said they are waiting on our mattresses now. So it sounds like they sold our mattresses out from under us and ordered us more but that’s not good customer service when we already purchased mattresses. Now we have longer to wait for our beds. They claim they didn’t have the mattresses back in January when we ordered them even though they said they did at the time....

There’s something to be said for shopping local. You’ll find a nice selection here of living room furniture and some great bedroom suites as well as accent chairs and side tables.nThe best part is that you need not have concern about contending with a Sales pitch. You get straight answers and valuable advice plus attentive service.nYes, they sell lots of bunk beds too.nnA piece of advice. Pay the reasonable fee for delivery and set up. Its worth every cent.

We were looking for a bunk/loft to accomodate our grandchildren for when they visit. Everything we looked at appeared to be cheap and poorly made.We stumbled upon Bargain Bunks and were attracted to their sturdiness and price.nWe called them with questions and they were very helpful. After getting our questions answered, we placed an order and waited to hear about its manufacture and shipping, since we live in Florida.nCustomer service was excellant, we were told when it was to be shipped and SFL (the carrier) was efficient in keeping us notified as to the shipping progress.nWe received the product in a timely fashion and we were pleasantly surprised as to how well they packaged the product. With the aid of their YouTube video, my wife and I unpackaged the loft, carried it into the bedroom and began to construct the loft. In just under 2 hours, the loft was constructed, the shipping crate was broken down and we began the process of finishing the room. I will say that it helps to have a good set of compression clamps and a hammer to help push the bolts through, but otherwise, the construction went very easy.nFrom start to finish, the entireprocess went very smoothly and if we could rate the experience more than 5 stars we would.I would highly recommend this company and its lofted bed system to ANYONE interested in a lofted bed. The loft looks amazing and we are so happy with our purchase. Thank you Bargain Bunks!
