The store always looks nice and organized. They are always willing to work with you if something comes up which is nice. It's hard to beat the 120 day same as cash option.

THE MANAGER AND STAFF AT THE GARNER ROAD LOCATION IN SPARTANBURG, SC ARE SIMPLY THE BEST!nTHEY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND TAKE THE TIME TO MAKE SURE THAT YOU GET EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANT AND THAT YOU ARE SATISFIED.nTHEY ACTUALLY GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP YOU IF YOU EVER HAVE ANY KIND OF REAL CRISIS TO MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE ABLE TO KEEP YOUR MERCHANDISE THEY WORK WITH YOU WHERE YOU PAY SOMETHING AND THE NEXT MONTH YOU CAN MAKE UP THE PAYMENT WITH YOUR REGULAR PAYMENT ETC.nI LOVE THESE PEOPLE!!

The salesman was very helpful and friendly. The variety was okay. The products are very very overpriced. I feel they take advantage of those that can't afford to buy or has less than good credit. This store does have great customer service and follow up. I will not do business with them again, but only due to the prices.

The store and people in store are great I needed to return some items I called on a Tuesday they said they would be there Friday before 3 I waited all day the ppl that we're supposed to be picking it up called at 240 saying they weren't coming now. I was pissed! They were so rude to me on the phone. Here I waited all day they said they would be there first thing Monday. They finally show up at 11:30.. idk who these delivery ppl we're but they need the old ones back. Much more friendly and better to deal with.
