We just did a walk-through to check things out. Looks like some pretty decent, fashionable, and affordable furniture.nnThey DO have some really nice looking accent prices, though.nnThe store is huge and laid out well. The staff is helpful and not harrassing.

Incredibly bad customer service, I cannot recommend this store or company to anyone. We ordered a large sectional and they have no-showed on multiple delivery dates over 2 months after we purchased the item- and sent us no notification of the cancellation, then made us wait multiple days to reschedule. There is a 10% cancelation fee which would be almost $300 for us and nobody in customer service seems to have the ability to help in any way.

Just purchased a Tempurpedic mattress and power base from Lee Blackwell. Must say that this is the first time I truly enjoyed a purchasing decision. Lee was very knowledgeable and professional during our visit. I felt no pressure and was explained in detail all the information I needed to make an intelligent decision. My wife was very pleased with the outcome. Thank you Lee for blessing us with an enjoyable time. We wish you much success in the future.

Never would I recommend this store to anyone. I try to be very understanding but enough is enough.I have spent in excess of three thousand dollars for a bedroom suite that was damaged when delivered then within two weeks also had one of the handles completely fall apart. Issues have been reported multiple times and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TO RESOLVE ANY REPAIRS. Their idea of customer service is in telling you to call another number. In other words, not their problem. My time is valuable and my expectation that a store where you spend your money would deliver quality products and service. My expectations are someone should be following up to confirm issues are resolved to at least let the customer know they are trying to do right by the sale. This is not the case at Ashley Furniture in Spartanburg. Their only interest is in making a sale. BBB will be my next post.

Andrew was the bomb. Awesome customer service, super sweet, helped me pick out the right king bed. Ended up having to leave one day & come back later in the week to finish the financing steps but I came back specifically when HE could do the sale. He deserves allllll the kudos! Btw, good prices for the quality!
